Gerhard van Zyl is one such a person. He is a former Prosecutor and Magistrate. With 13 years of experience as the Head of the Pretoria Family Advocate’s Office and having been Head of the Legal Services Department of the SA Human Rights Commission, he has a broad knowledge of the Law. After successful careers in the Dept of Justice, Mr. Van Zyl decided to apply the knowledge and experience he has gained through the years to offer a family law practice with a difference. He has been practicing as Attorney and Notary since 2005.
